How to Improve Movement on a Daily Basis with this Assessment Process
The ONE THING you need to know to help your child have IMPROVED MOVEMENT on a daily basis!
Give your child a daily movement assessment to identify where rotational movements are lacking in the body.
When rotational movements are lacking in the body, then milestone movements are delayed or don't happen at all.
After doing a 1-minute movement assessment on your child, then do a 5-15 minutes Movement Lesson to start putting rotation back in the parts of the body that have the least amount of rotation.
When you do this you improve...
1. MILESTONE MOVEMENTS,
2. COGNITIVE AND SOCIAL ABILITIES &
3. FUNCTIONAL AND INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENTS
.
Again, start seeing your child have little successes on a daily basis by practicing this modality for 5-15 minutes daily (more time is always great, but sometimes as busy parents and caregivers that's not an option).
